The ₹1,000 booking advance is refundable if cancelled at least 72 hours before the pickup time. Last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

Yes. A refundable security deposit ranging from ₹2,000 to ₹10,000 is required, depending on the car segment. The deposit is usually refunded within 24 hours after vehicle inspection at the time of return.

No. Fuel is not included. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as it was at the time of pickup.

The billing period is 24 hours (for example: 9:00 AM to 9:00 AM).

Extra hours are charged at a daily rate 12 per hour up to 6 hours. If the delay exceeds 6 hours, it will be considered one full additional day. Unauthorised extensions may lead to a penalty of up to ₹2,000.

Yes. The limit is 250 km per day. Additional kilometers will be charged ₹10–₹15 per km depending on the car category.

Travel is allowed within Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram, and Tripura. Travel to other regions requires prior approval.
